 Fundraisers 

The Station Camp Band Boosters, Inc. is a Tennessee non-profit corporation and an IRS 501 (c)(3) charitable organization. The Boosters are responsible for funding the majority of the band program at Station Camp High School, Gallatin, Tennessee. Clinician fees, travel expenses, food, equipment maintenance, and entry fees are only a few examples of the enormous cost of funding an exceptionally successful music program. The Boosters also provide fund raising opportunities throughout the year to assist band members pay their fair share donation.

Kroger Cards

Purchase a $5 re-loadable gift card and 4% of your purchases will be credited to your student's band account. The cards come preloaded with $5. Every time you shop for groceries, gas or prescriptions, load the amount you expect to spend on your card, then use it to pay for your purchases. 4% of every reload amount will be donated to the band boosters by Kroger and applied to your student's fair share account. Cards will be available starting June 9.

Bridgestone Arena

For each night you and/or your child works, your child will receive a $25 credit per family member on your student's band account and the boosters will $25 per person to the general fund. Scholarship families should sign up first. Each non-scholarship family may only sign-up for 2 dates until everyone has had a chance to sign up. The 2010-2011 school year sign ups will begin in August along with new guidelines and sign up procedure. Kenny McEwen will be the contact person.

Little Caesars Pizza Kit Sale

The annual Little Caesars Pizza Kit Sale will begin on Monday, Feb 22. Forms will be given out by Mr. Belcher following rehearsal on Monday. Payment is due with all orders. Mrs. Belcher will be in the band room to collect orders & money every Friday after school. Checks are payable to the Station Camp Band Boosters. All orders and money must be turned in by March 24 to be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you fail to turn in your order on time, you will have the refund the money to you customers. Students receive 50% of the profit from their sales as credits on their accounts and the boosters will receive the rest. Orders may also be placed on the band website.

Picture Sales

The Family Portrait Fundraiser will begin on March 29 and run through April 22. Families will be selling portrait coupons for $10 each. Each coupon gives the purchaser a FREE 10 x 13 full color portrait. You will have the purchaser fill out your order form and you will then give them a coupon for the free portrait, with a telephone number to call to schedule a sitting time. Pictures will be taken in the band room on April 23 & 24. All orders and money must be turned in by April 21. NO EXCEPTIONS! Students will receive a $5 credit on their account for each coupon sold and the boosters will receive $5.
